Published here in the UK by Apple Press, this is a really useful book for those who are starting off on the home brewing scene and makes a great gift. Co-written with renowned author Ted Bruning it is packed full of tips, hints, info and recipes for both the novice and journeyman home brewer. Available online and in all good book shops now. The Craft Brewing Handbook edited by Chris Smart
This book just published at end of 2019 was specifically put together to aid those looking to set up a craft brewery. I contributed the chaper on quality. Other contributors include Ed Wray (Hepworths Brewery, UK) Stuart Howe (Formerly of Sharps and Molson Coors), Charlie Bamforth (former Professor of Brewing & Malting at UC Davis, California). Published by Wiley it is available online from a number of retailers.
